Ash, Drew and Paul was waiting impatiently at the dock. It was summer time and they all had thought it was time to have a break. Paul had won all the Elite 4, Ash won the battle Frontier and Drew had came second place in the grand festival which was good enough for him. “God damn it – when are those girls coming here – I can’t even believe that you convinced me to come with you losers” said Paul tapping he foot. Drew gave him a glare. “Look just be patient – you know they are girls – it take ages for them to get ready” said Drew rolling his eyes. “Yeah whatever – you could wait ages to see May come here all dressed up wouldn’t you?” Paul smirked. “WHAT!” shouted Drew – “N-now com o-on I don’t like May!” stuttered Drew. “Hahaha!” laughed Ash enjoying the whole show. “Look don’t laugh Ash at least I don’t like Misty!” said Drew flicking his hair. Ash choked up. “I do not!” said Ash blushing. “Of course you don’t!” said Paul smirking. Then suddenly they both turned around to him – their eyebrows up. “What about you Paul?” said Drew “Yeah we all know that you like Dawn” said Ash poking him. Paul knew this was going to come. “Please why on earth would I like her? She’s practically the opposite of me!” said Paul turning around so that they couldn’t see his blush. “Of course Paul we know you like her so don’t deny it.” Said Drew. “Don’t tell me what I feel” said Paul still blushing. “Your so annoying Paul.” Said Drew “Hn” said Paul. “Hey guys!!!!” said 3 familiar voices.

All the guys turned around to see Misty, May and Dawn all in summer dresses. Dawn in a pink one May in a blue dress and Misty in a yellow dress w. They also had flowers in their hair matching there dresses. The boys stood there in amazement. “Wow!” said the boys – but Paul whispered it. The girls ran up to them. “Sorry that were late – we were getting ready so we look great!” said Dawn flicking her hair. Paul finally snapped out of his hypnotism. “Yeah figures – too bad – you should of took longer troublesome girl” said Paul. “What! You’re so mean!” shouted Dawn ready to attack. “Who cares?” said Paul. “Oh Paul why can’t you just be nice to her – gosh you act so different towards her!” said May crossing her arms. Paul blushed. “No i-I don’t – I’m always like this” said Paul stuttering. “Really why are stuttering then?” said Misty raising an eyebrow. “Shut up” said Paul turning around. “So – how do we look?” said May and all the girls twirled around. “Oh great May – you look great!” said Drew blushing. “Yeah so do you Misty” said Ash looking the other way. “Thanks!” May and Misty blushing. Dawn looked at Paul glaring. She thought why can’t he be nice like Drew and Ash? “Hey Paul aren’t you gonna say something to Dawn?” said Drew smirking. “Yeah Paul!” said Ash. “I hate you all – can we hurry up and get on the boat please I’m getting impatient” said Paul slowly turning red from embarrassment and from anger. “Hmpf!” said Dawn annoyed. “Wow Dawn you look awesome!” said a distant voice. Everyone looked at Paul. “What? - that didn’t come from my mouth!” said Paul a little confused who said that. “Hi DD!” said Kenny jumping on her from behind. “Oh Kenny it’s you!!! It’s so cool to see you!” Dawn said hugging him. “Yeah you to Dawn! You going on this boat?” asked Kenny in hope. “Yeah! I am” said Dawn. “Cool now I get to spend more time with you!” said Kenny hugging her again. “Hahaha Yay!” said Dawn hugging him back. “AWWWW!” said everyone except Paul. Both Kenny and Dawn blushed. Dawn quickly look over to Paul he was red in anger and his fists were clenched. Dawn smirked. “Ok let’s go!” said Ash leading the way.

Everyone followed and got there room keys on the boat – to get to the vacation residence near the beach it took 3 days so they had to have room keys. “It’s so cool!” said all the girls twirling and taking their bags in their individual rooms. “See you all guys later!” waved Dawn and every waved and said bye walking to their rooms. And getting some rest before dinner.

Everyone met up in the dinner hall on a table. They girls were wearing something very elegant and once again the boys were mesmerised. They all sat around the table and the boys trying to make small talk. “So Misty how have you been lately?” said Ash nervous. “I have been fine thanks oh I heard you beat the battle frontier congrats!” said Misty giving him a little hug. Ash blushed “Thanks I won with my first four pokemon they were so strong!” said Ash trying to shake off the blush. “Pathetic” said Paul rolling his eyes. “Why can’t you just be nice!” shouted Dawn. “Be quiet you noisy girl!” said Paul covering his ears. “No make me!” shouted Dawn. Paul pulled her hat down to her chin so that it covered her whole face. “There much better!” said Paul smirking. Dawn pulled it off and slapped him with it. “You can’t do that to me!” said Dawn. “ I would do anything so that I couldn’t see your face!” said Paul. “ARGH!” shouted Dawn and moved from him and to another seat. Everyone sweatdrpped. Then drew decide to talk to May. “So May congratulations on beating me on the contest – and winning the grand festival” he said giving her a rose. She blushed “Thanks Drew” May said “Here It suits you much better than that flower” said Drew and he pulled out the flower she was wearing earlier and put in the rose. May blushed wildly. “Thanks” she whispered. Dawn looked at the two couples even though they weren’t together they looked like they were a married couple who had been together for years. “Wow guys you must really like May and Misty – you might as well tell them now – you look like married couples the way you guys are acting!” Dawn said eating her food smirking. “DAWN!” Shouted May Misty Drew and Ash. They were all blushing. “Hahaha! Joking joking!” said Dawn lying. “Hey guys I have got something to say” said Kenny blushing. “What’s that Kenny?” said May in wonder. “Well it’s mainly to Dawn but here I go – Dawn I l-love y-y-ou”. Everyone gasped even Paul. “Oh Kenny –i-i-i-I um…” said Dawn blushing. Paul was gritting his teeth and practically snapping his fork and knife in half. Drew noticed that and whispered to him. “Aren’t you going to say something – I know you like her – there’s no point hiding it – if that was May I would go mad!”  “Like what?” whispered Paul still gritting his teeth. “Maybe by saying something” whispered Drew sarcastically. “No” said Paul and he got up and walked away before he could see anymore. He looked back and saw Kenny kissing Dawn. He quickly ran to his room angry as ever. “What the hell is he doing – why am I feeling like this – damn!” said Paul slamming his door. Back to the dinner hall everyone was shocked. But Dawn pushed him away and shouted “NO!”. “Sorry Kenny but I just can’t – you were always an older brother to me – my best friend – not anything more than that – I’m sorry” said Dawn looking down. “It’s ok DD – I understand maybe someday – I will wait.” Said Kenny and He got up and walked to his room. “Wow Dawn!” said May and Misty in surprise. “I don’t want to talk about it” said Dawn getting back to her food. “We understand” Drew said reassuring her. “He’s gonna hate me now” said Dawn bursting into tears and running. “Oh my we should go see if she’s ok” said Misty getting up. “No I think she needs time bye her self” said Ash pulling her back down. “Besides I want to stay with you for a little while” said Ash blushing. “Oh ok” said Misty. “Hey May how about we take a walk outside. We can see the water that way” said Drew taking her hand. “Ok Drew” said May and they walked outside to watch the water and the pokemon that lived there.

In Dawn’s situation. She was still running and crying she wasn’t looking where she was going either. THUMP. She fell to the ground. “Oh sorry –sniff- I –sniff- never meant –sniff- I wasn’t looking where I was going.” She said tears still running down her face. “Troublesome girl” said Paul looking down at her. He felt concerned of why she was crying but didn’t show it. He held out a hand and pulled her up. “Oh Paul” cried Dawn and she hugged him and cried in his chest. “Damn y-you - get o-off me” Paul stuttered. Dawn carried on crying. He sighed and quickly picked her up and took her to his room. “What happened?” said Paul he still had no concern in his voice but he did feel it. “Well he told me that he loved me which you heard then he kissed me but you didn’t see it because you walked away – but I pushed away and said that I have always seen him as a big bro and a best friend but never as a boyfriend – and he said that he understands and that he would wait for me – but I’m afraid that he hates me now that’s why I was crying” said Dawn calming down. “Well who cares if he hates you” said Paul. “You wouldn’t care would you – he’s my best friend since childhood – the only reason I turned him down is because I love someone else” said Dawn and covered her mouth realizing what she had just said. “Who?” said Paul in wonder – this time you can hear it in his voice. “Why would you care – even if I told you – you would think it’s pathetic?” said Dawn smiling to her self. Paul grabbed her shoulders. “Just tell me” said Paul looking in her eyes. “I-I can’t” said Dawn in a verge of crying. “Stupid” said Paul and pulled her into a hug. Without realising he had kissed her on her head and Dawn smiled. “Thank you Paul” said Dawn “Whatever” said Paul.

In May and Drews situation. “Wow Drew its beautiful” said May amazed looking across the sea – they were on the 3 floor of the boat so it was pretty high. It was sunset and the red, orange and yellow blending together. It was amazing. “Yeah it sure is” but he wasn’t looking at the sunset he was looking at her. May felt the gaze and looked at him. “What?” said May. Suddenly he pulled her in and kissed her. Afterwards he pulled apart. “Sorry” said Drew and he walked away sadly. May knew it was going to be awkward tomorrow.

In Mistys and Ashes situation. “So Misty I missed you a lot you know” said Ash suddenly. “Yes I have missed you to” said Misty blushing. “It’s been a long time since we could just be alone and talk” said Ash also blushing. “Well we are now” said Ash and he pulled her in a hug. “Yeah” whispered Misty. After a while they stopped hugging. “Well I think we should go bed now” said Ash getting up. “Yes we should thanks for a nice talk” said Misty kissing him on the cheek. She walked away and left him there wondering. He stood there for a while and started walking to his room. He smiled. Then he noticed Kenny walking to his room. “Hey Kenny are you ok?” Said Ash “Yeah I’m fine – I’m just glad I got that out of my system” said Kenny smiling. “Well Dawn thinks you hate her”. “I don’t please tell her that tomorrow” said Kenny pleading. “Yes sure” said Ash. “Well goodnight” said Kenny waving and smiling. “Yes goodnight!” said Ash.

Everyone eventually got to their own rooms wondering what things were going to happen tomorrow.
