Storm to remember 3



Last time:

CRASH! “AHHHHH” a high pitch scream was heard by Paul. His eyes widened. “WAIT DAWN I’M COMING!” he shouted running outside knowing the mistake he had just made…

Present time:

He ran towards the screaming of the girl he just hurt. Man oh man – he thought – I never though that troublesome girl would take it that bad. He carried on running – hoping that she wasn’t hurt too bad. He turned round a tree and stopped for a bit – he caught up with his breath and listened. Her screaming had stopped. “What – why did she stop screaming – what happened?!” he asked to himself a little concern in his voice. Then he heard sobbing. he quietly walked behind a tree and saw Dawn her leg bleeding because of a tree which had fell on her by lighting also the tree was on fire but it was put out by a Prinpulp. She was in none other than Kenny’s arms. He was angry but decided to keep it in a just listen to the conversation.

“Oh DD what have you gotten yourself into now?” said Kenny comforting Dawn by stroking her hair and holding her very close. “I-i-I just wanted someone to care for me but he just turned me down like I’m nothing” she cried grabbing his jacket which was already wet from the storm. Kenny stared into space for a few minutes. “You told him you loved him?” said Kenny suddenly squeezing her tighter. “Yes but he turned me down he said that I’m nothing and that I’m a bad coordinator so  i  ran out here – and then the tree fell on my leg after the lighting strike – thank you for saving me” said Dawn still holding Kenny. Kenny pushed her away and looked her in the eyes. “Dawn I don’t want you falling in love – with no-one but me – I love you so much I don’t want you getting hurt” said Kenny pulling her in to a kiss. Dawn was surprised and pushed him away. “I’m sorry – I’m just not ready yet” said Dawn tearing up. “Ok DD” said Kenny pulling her into a close hug. Paul suddenly walked out he couldn’t control his body actions. He walked up to Kenny and punched him in the stomach and then in the eye. He knew why he was doing this. As much as he regretted it – he knew he loved her, but he didn’t want admit it. He didn’t want her to be with someone else except himself. He knew he had hurt her but he didn’t want Kenny to kiss her again. “What the hell was that for?” shouted Kenny holding his stomach in pain. Oh crap – what shall I say now? Paul thought. He suddenly looked at Dawn. Her hurt expression suddenly turned to anger. “What the hell are you doing here” she spoke trying to get up. She was in pain. He quickly walked towards her trying to help. He still had that scowl on his face – no facial expressions what so ever. “STAY AWAY FROM ME!” she cried as she fell back down to the floor. Kenny finally found out that it was him she confessed to. “Look if she doesn’t want you here just go – you’ve hurt her enough.” Said Kenny picking up Dawn in his arms. Paul was about to lash out again, but he knew it was true. Dawn was crying again as she held on to Kenny. He shared a room with – he just remembered that. He walked back to the pokemon center and walked to his shared his room. He saw Dawn on the bed sleeping – with her foot all bandaged up – then he saw Kenny next to her holding her hand. He got even more angry and started shouting. “Get out of my room now!” shouted Paul. Kenny just looked down at Dawn sadly. “She’s hurt so bad – you broke he heart so badly – just like before…” Kenny started. Paul just stared. “What do you mean? What happened to the troublesome girl?” Paul asked trying to sound as uninterested as he really is. “She confessed her love to another guy before I can’t remember his name, but he turned her down and called her all these hurtful names; she was heartbroken for ages, I loved her throughout these times – but she fell in love with someone else – she didn’t say the name – I now know it’s you” said Kenny still looking at the slumbering Dawn. “Paul I hope your happy – she’s a wonderful girl that you just tossed away – if you are thinking of asking for forgiveness – I’m not sure if she will forgive you but – if she does – DON’T EVER HURT HER AGAIN” Kenny raised his voice and walked out the room – barging Paul on the way. “Damn” said Paul – “she did have a ruff past.”

Suddenly Dawn woke up – she looked at Paul. “Eh I can’t believe you have the nerve to look me in the eyes” said Dawn – she was calm now and looking away from Paul. “Look troublesome girl-,”started Paul. “NO YOU LISTEN OK? YOU STILL HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME A TROUBLESOME GIRL AFTER YOU HURT ME AS YOU DID!” shouted Dawn. “I just want to say-,” once again cut off by Dawn. “No get out – NOW.” Shouted Dawn crying. Paul knew she was hurt enough to look at him anymore he left. Dawn fell asleep crying. Ash and Brock came in. “Hey Dawn I know that your leg is broken but I need to get to my gym battle.” Said Ash eagerly. “Its ok – you two go – I will travel by myself for a little while.” Said Dawn. “Are you sure?” asked Ash. “Yes” said Dawn. They both waved and went there separate ways.

She stayed for a few days longer and then started to travel again. It was a few months later after the incident. She knew her heart was still broken. “I wonder what would of happened if I let him talk?” said Dawn talking to herself. She was getting really hungry and saw a café ahead. “Yay I get to eat” said Dawn running towards the café. She walked in and sat on a table – she look to the left of her and on the other table was Paul. Her eyes widened. He looked her in the eyes. She had been traveling by herself for quiet some time – but she didn’t forget him and the way he hurt her. She turned her head and waited for the waiter. Paul couldn’t take his eyes off her. He had got to apologize and his feelings were still strong for her. He got up and sat opposite of her. “Hello Dawn” said Paul regretting saying her name.
